Making Onigiri, Third Attempt

In this new blog post, it's my third write-up of my onigiri making. Unlike my last two posts where I used my hands to mould the onigiri, this time I used a sheet of cling wrap to mould it, as it was much cleaner and it doesn't make my hands sticky.

Pasar Malam Diary, 11th February 2017

On this day's write-up of Pasar Malam Diary, I decided to go shopping there along with my elder sister for the second time. I arrived there at 5:55 p.m. and began looking for what to buy on that day.

Making Onigiri, Second Attempt

Yesterday was the first time I've made onigiri, but it was far from perfect. So today was my second attempt in making onigiri, and this time, I can say that I have succeeded in making onigiri correctly.

Making Onigiri, First Attempt

As I am highly fascinated with anything Japan since childhood (where I'm DYING to go to), I've always wanted to try some Japanese food. Interestingly enough, Japanese food is actually easy to find here in Malaysia, such as the Takoyaki, Teriyaki, Sushi, and Onigiri.

And speaking of onigiri, I have seen them sold in AEON supermarkets and recently, at Family Mart in Mid Valley Megamall. I have tried eating one, but never made one myself. And so, in this new blog post, I am writing about my first attempt in making a Tuna Mayo Onigiri.

Pasar Malam Diary, 7th February 2017

On this second Pasar Malam Diary write-up, I went to the pasar malam along with my mother to buy some dinner. On this day, both of us walked to the pasar malam instead of riding a car.

DIY Project: Tin Can Dashboard Camera Mount

As I loved driving, I would often think of recording a video of my driving. It all started in 2010 after I watched videos in the YouTube channel 'takashisupreme' (Touge-G Official), where it shows video footages of drivers taking part in Touge driving at Genting Highlands.

Back then, I would use my old Sakure TR-32 tripod to mount a camera for the recording and fixed the tripod at the back seat of my car for it. By doing this, I managed to record a backseat passenger's view of my driving. Unfortunately, it was difficult to attach and remove the tripod, and it was also quite risky.

Then there's the 'Dash Cam', which is essentially a camera mounted at a car's dashboard. However, since I have owned a camera good enough to record quality videos, I only need to either buy a camera mount or make my own.

And so, yesterday, I finally discovered a way to make a car dashboard camera mount from old and unused items, and it also works just fine.

Pasar Malam Diary, 4th February 2017

It has been years since I have frequented a Pasar Malam (night market) near my location. In fact, today's pasar malam visit is the first ever written here, and I have decided to call it a Pasar Malam Diary. I went there along with my elder sister and arrived at 5:45 p.m., but we soon parted ways to buy what we planned.
