Trying Out McDonald's Fish & Fries

Normally, when it comes to fish & chips, the only place I know that serves the best fish & chips is none other than Manhattan Fish Market restaurant. However, early this November, McDonald's Malaysia introduced a fish & chips meal called the Fish & Fries, and it comes in two variations; one with single fish fillet and the other with two fish fillets, and both meals come with fries and a drink.

And so, while on my way back home from Seremban, my sister stopped by at McDonald's Bandar Seri Putra, where her two children bought their own meals, while I bought the 1 piece Fish & Fries meal.

Making Stovetop Caramel Popcorn

If you're a moviegoer, then you know and always buy popcorn before you watch a movie at the cinema. Popcorn can also be made at home using either a popcorn maker or on a stovetop. And so, after ranting for some time, I am going to show how I make my own caramel popcorn on a stovetop.

Sometime after that, this question suddenly came up to my mind:

"If I finally got a job, will I still criticise unemployment bashing?"

E:62:10 Error Code on Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 (Updated: 10/03, 1105 Hrs)

After three years of serving me as my one and only photography tool, my Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 is now having an E:62:10 error, which means that the image stabilisation has malfunctioned.

Although the camera can be used to take photos normally, the flashing error code not only annoys me, but also, photos appear to look similar to what a digital camera without image stabilisation would capture when your hands are shaky.

I guess my worst fears did come true, after all.

Making Cekodok Pisang

When I was a kid, my mother used to make cekodok pisang, a type of deep-fried banana fritters shaped like an oval for snack time. Cekodok is also known as cucur or jemput-jemput; It is a traditional Malay snack in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.

And so, in this new blog post, I would like to show how to make cekodok pisang, based on the photo shown here.
