Random Rant: Witness A Robbery, Bash The Jobless

As the title says, whenever someone witnessed a robbery or theft, whether it's right in front of their eyes or watching videos, photos or news articles of it from their gadgets, they would often resort to unemployment bashing. I can still remember on one news article posted on Facebook about a snatch theft that resulted in the victim's death, one netizen's response is by typing the following sentence: 'too lazy to work'.

Seriously, why are these netizens so ignorant?

Do they really think that by bashing the jobless is going to help solve the case?

Do they really think that by bashing the jobless, they can bring the dead victim back to life?

Do they really think that by bashing the jobless, they can return all the stolen items back to its rightful owner?

This is what annoyed me so much whenever I read the news on Facebook. When crime news articles of robberies and theft show up, these ignorant netizens would appear at the comments section just to release their anger towards jobless people due to the crimes that happened!

Do they think that ALL the jobless people are robbers and thieves?

If their answer is 'yes', then I (as a battered NEET blogger) am a robber or thief too, even if I NEVER rob or steal from anyone, right?

Am I defending those robbers and thieves? NO!

Why must they be so judgemental towards jobless people?!

Is judging someone before getting to know them is fun and rewarding?!

What about LAZY WORKERS? Aren't they lazy too? Don't they 'rob' too? (You know, in Malay they call it 'Curi Tulang')

OK, fine.

If they want to stick to their judgemental tendencies, so be it! After all, they have absolute rights to do so!
